Who We Are
Serverfind is a game server discovery platform for finding public Counter-Strike 2 servers and future supported games. This policy explains what data we process when you browse the directory, use owner tools, or contact us.
Data We Collect
We process public game server data returned by server queries, including server names, addresses, ports, maps, player counts, regions, scan times, game modes, technical metadata, and public player names when a server exposes them. If you sign in or use owner tools, we may process your Discord account identifier, display name, claimed servers, verification status, submitted content, and support messages.
How We Use Data
We use data to operate the directory, rank and filter listings, verify whether servers are reachable, detect abuse or misleading listings, provide owner and claim features, maintain security, respond to support requests, measure reliability, and improve the product.
Cookies
Essential storage is used for security, authentication, and sessions. Serverfind does not currently use non-essential tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
Diagnostics and Security
We may use diagnostic tools such as error reporting to detect failures and protect the service. Diagnostic data can include browser, route, device, request, and error metadata. We do not intentionally collect secrets in diagnostics and may remove or restrict data that creates security or privacy risk.
Public Information
Public game server data, server claim status, and approved community profile content may be displayed in the directory, included in search pages, exposed through read API responses, or indexed by search engines.
Sharing and Processors
We may share data with infrastructure, hosting, authentication, diagnostics, database, and communications providers that help us run Serverfind. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to investigate abuse of the service.
Retention
Public server data is retained while useful for discovery, ranking, moderation, reliability, and historical analysis. Account, claim, support, and diagnostic data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Your Choices
You can clear local browser storage, sign out of your account, or contact us about privacy requests. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data.
